Join us for a Kids Bike Parade in celebration of Independence Day! We welcome hundreds of participants each year and give away cash prizes for the most patriotically-decorated bike and most creatively-decorated bike! No registration is required. All participants get a free popsicle for participating, courtesy of the Office of the Mayor of Travelers Rest. Join us for one of our favorite family-friendly events of the year!

NOTE: The parade DOES NOT start at 8:30am. Official start times will be listed in our Facebook event and on our Instagram closer to the day of the event.

Travelers Rest Farmers Market is located at Trailblazer Park and opens every Saturday from 8:30 AM- 12PM from May - September. Enjoy 70+ vendors, live music, kids activities, free yoga, food trucks and more. Bike or walk, as we are right off the Swamp Rabbit Trail. Find fresh produce, eggs, honey, pasture-raised meats, soaps, baked goods, artisan crafts and more. We accept EBT, and offer a $10 healthy bucks bonus with a $5 minimum purchase.
