Our eighth-annual fundraiser and legendary local culinary event, the Tomato Sandwich Taste Off, will return from 9:00-11:30 on July 29th! Join local chefs as they compete to win the trophy and make the best tomato sandwich. Proceeds from this event benefit the operation of the Travelers Rest Farmers Market.

Your ticket buys you sample-sized renditions of each of the chefs’ best attempts at a tomato sandwich and a vote to choose the winner. Voting ends at 11:30.

Travelers Rest Farmers Market is located at Trailblazer Park and opens every Saturday from 8:30 AM- 12PM from May - September. Enjoy 70+ vendors, live music, kids activities, free yoga, food trucks and more. Bike or walk, as we are right off the Swamp Rabbit Trail.
